At Irish Dance Pro, we're dedicated to serving Irish dancers worldwide. Our newly optimized distribution process ensures that you can easily select, purchase, and receive your order within days, regardless of your location.

Our Warehouses

We have strategically located warehouses in:

  • Dublin
  • Pennsylvania
  • Hong Kong

 

Your order will be shipped from the nearest warehouse. If an item is unavailable locally, you can either select an alternative style or opt for shipping from another warehouse at an additional cost.

Note: Direct collection from warehouses is not available.

Design & Manufacturing

 

All Irish Dance Pro products are crafted by our Dublin-based team, comprising individuals with rich Irish Dance backgrounds and expertise in digital and product design. After perfecting the prototype in Ireland, it's sent to our trusted manufacturer in China, with whom we've partnered for over five years.

 

Quality Control & Distribution

 

Post-manufacturing, each product undergoes rigorous quality checks. They are then dispatched to our fulfillment warehouses in Hong Kong, USA, and Ireland. Our exclusive partnerships with top courier services like Fedex, UPS, and DHL ensure swift and reliable deliveries.

 

Customs & Duties

 

For shipments to the EU, USA, Australia, and New Zealand, there are no additional import/duty charges. However, for other regions, please verify local import regulations. Any applicable taxes or duties will be the recipient's responsibility.

Note: Our delivery partners do not operate on weekends or government holidays. We also do not deliver to PO Boxes or rural postal codes.

 

Missed Deliveries

 

If you're unavailable during delivery, our Express shipping partners will leave a notification card for rescheduling. If multiple delivery attempts fail, the order will be returned to us, and a re-delivery fee will apply.

 

Why Provide Your Phone Number?

 

In case of any order or shipping issues, we might contact you. Rest assured, your number will only be shared with our delivery partner and will not be used for promotional purposes.

 


RETURNS & REFUNDS

Return Policy

 

  • Within 30 days: Full refund for items returned in perfect condition with proof of purchase.
  • After 30 days: Items in perfect condition can be returned for a credit note. Faulty items can be returned anytime.
  • Change of mind: Full refunds are available once the order is delivered. Items must be returned in original packaging and in perfect condition.

Return Guidelines

 

  • Items must be pre-paid before returning.
  • Return shipping costs are not covered.
  • Ensure the item's safety during transit; retain proof of postage.
  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 working days. Depending on your bank, it might take up to 10 days.
  • No obligation to refund the price difference if an item goes on sale after purchase.
